What will happen in Uzak Şehir Season 1 Episode 19?

Alya is disappointed that Cihan is hiding Meryem, his only love, from her. Cihan continues to put Meryem forward in order not to confront his feelings for Alya, but Nare is the one who confronts him with the truth.
