Celil Nalçakan (born 10 June 1978) is a Turkish actor and singer, widely recognized for his performances in both television series and films. He gained popularity through roles in Bitmeyen Şarkı, Poyraz Karayel, and Kardeşlerim. Known for his distinct voice and charismatic presence, Nalçakan has also been involved in digital media productions and stage performances. His journey into acting began after a lengthy academic detour, ultimately leading him to Istanbul, where he formally studied acting.

Celil Nalçakan was born on 10 June 1978 in Sivas, Turkey. His mother was a teacher, and his father worked as an electrical technician. He has one younger sister. After completing high school, Nalçakan initially pursued higher education in Geological Engineering at Sivas Cumhuriyet University. However, after seven years, he decided to leave the program. During this time, he became involved with the Sivas State Theatre, marking the beginning of his connection to the performing arts. He later enrolled in the Tourism and Hotel Management program at Balıkesir University, while continuing to nurture his passion for theatre. His dedication to acting led him to take the entrance exam for Türvak (Türker İnanoğlu Cinema and Television Education Foundation). After passing, he moved to Istanbul and began formal acting education.

Celil Nalçakan began his professional acting career in 2006 with a television debut in the popular series Sıla. He followed this with supporting roles in Kış Masalı and Hanımın Çiftliği, the latter being an adaptation of a classic Turkish novel. His breakthrough came with the drama Bitmeyen Şarkı, where his performance earned him wider recognition. He later appeared briefly in İntikam, the Turkish adaptation of the American series Revenge. He also co-hosted a digital program called Şişenin Dibi alongside Algı Eke on netd.com. From 2015 to 2017, Nalçakan played one of his most prominent roles as Zülfikar in the critically acclaimed series Poyraz Karayel and its feature film spin-off Poyraz Karayel: Küresel Sermaye. In 2021, he took on a leading role in the youth-focused drama Kardeşlerim, which airs on ATV. Throughout his career, he has appeared in various well-received films and continues to be an influential figure in Turkish television and cinema.
