When she was five and a half years old, her family moved from Istanbul to İnegöl, where she completed her primary, secondary, and high school education. After high school, Gürbüz studied computerized accounting at a vocational high school. However, her passion for acting led her to pursue a degree in theater. She graduated as the top student from the Theater Department of Selçuk University Conservatory, setting the stage for her future career in acting.
