Alp Navruz was born in Istanbul, Turkey. From a young age, he developed an interest in acting, participating in stage plays during his primary school years. He later graduated from Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Turkish Language and Literature.

In 2018, he secured his first leading role in a TV series, starring as Cenk (Jenk) Çelen in TRT 1's Elimi Bırakma. His performance in the series further solidified his position as a leading actor in Turkish television. In 2020, Navruz starred as Serhat Demirkan in the series Zümrüduanka. He continued his successful streak in 2021 by playing Poyraz Ali Özgür opposite Ayça Ayşin Turan in Star TV's Ada Masalı, which premiered on June 15, 2021. Between 2022 and 2023, he played the role of Halil Tekin in the TV series Yürek Çıkmazı, sharing the screen with İrem Helvacıoğlu.
